- Lead a group of board members that provide operational assistance to Metamorphosis Dance, a small dance company that offers a full season of performances and produces the annual free-to-public Ballet Under the Stars at Zilker Hillside Theater
- Together with the treasurer, prepare annual budgets and financial reports for board meetings
- Write and administer grants applications; prepare and submit required documentation and reports
- Develop and implement additional strategies to secure needed funding through all other available channels, which led to growth in non-earned revenue of 140%
